  2. BOOKS and MATERIALS - not included in program costs
    a) choose study aids together b) discuss homework and exams
  3. ADDITIONAL LEARNERS - invitation only, additional fees apply
    a) approve additional learners b) program fee is on a case-by-case basis
  4. CONTINUE, CANCEL, RE-SCHEDULE LESSONS
    a) finish all lessons in one calendar year b) discuss continutation and scheduling
  5. SPECIAL REQUESTS
    a) discuss new goals b) contact Program Coordinator for program changes

  2. EXTENSIVE RESEARCH - not included in service costs
